Senior Pastor - Keith Hood
Keith Hood is the founding pastor of Harvest Community Church. Keith is an Author, Life Coach and speaker noted for his creative communication style. His teaching brings Scripture alive and invariably includes practical applications and humor. He has a passion for making the complex, simple as he speaks truth to people in ways they can understand and apply to their everyday lives. He has written two books, Perfect Reactions and Balance is a Circus Act.
Associate Pastor - Sarita Ledet
Sarita has been described as successful, analytical, results focused, intelligent, talented and compassionate. After an incredible thirty year career in government services, she retired to pursue her life passions. These days she enjoys living out God’s desires and purpose for her professional life!
Sarita is a licensed psychotherapist, ordained minister, speaker, college professor, success coach, writer, mom, grandmother, friend, sister, aunt and spiritual woman. She holds a graduate degree from the University of San Francisco in Counseling Psychology. Her undergraduate degrees are in public Administration and Administration of Justice. Additionally, she is pursuing a graduate degree in Theology at Oral Roberts University.
Associate Pastor - Rick Murray
Pastor Rick and his wife Angie began attending Harvest in February 2001 and were married here in February 2002. In February 2004 Rick began teaching from the pulpit, leading weekly small groups and several 4-6 week teaching campaigns. God has filled Rick's heart with an intense passion for preaching and teaching His word. Currently he is attending Newburgh Theological Seminary where he is pursuing a Master's Degree in Theology.
Associate Pastor - Dan Sinclair
Dan comes to us as an experienced lay person with 20 years of Christian life behind him. He has done missions work, led worship teams overseas and in the states, and helped pioneer small groups and contemporary worship in traditional churches. Dan brings his teaching and mentoring gifts to our team, and contributes his unique brand of deadpan humor.
Worship Pastor - Melodie Lewis
Melodie oversees all of our Celebration Arts Team and is to make sure that Sunday morning service flows together. She and her family came to Harvest’s first public service almost 20 years ago, and they are still proud to call Harvest their home. She has sat under the leadership of two wonderful past worship leaders and is coming up on starting her 8th year. She loves to write…anything really, but mostly songs. We sing many of her songs here at Harvest, but she never tells us which ones they are. She is grateful for everyone on her team, and enjoys watching them develop their gifts for God.
She has been married to Phil for 23 years and has 5 children: Shawnta (33), Desmond (30), Kristen (28), Sam (19), Charlie (17), and 1grandaughter, Mariah (13).
Children's Ministry Leader/Administrator - Becky Beam
Becky Beam serves as our Children's Pastor and Church Administrator. She has been at Harvest since it began in 1990 and serving on staff since 1992. It is here that she met her husband of sixteen years, Andy. They enjoy life with their two children, Alex, age 14 and Megan, age 12. Together they serve in the worship band and in Youth Ministry to our Junior and Senior High students.
Becky's passion is for children. It is through this vital ministry that we set the stage for our youngest church attendees. We are laying the foundation for our next leaders. What an awesome privilege and responsibility. We want it to be a great experience that keeps them looking forward to coming back. This couldn't be done alone. She has a great team of teachers and caregivers that make each classroom a fun, learning experience.
